Before starting a project, Zeon Creation and the client should agree on the project's scope, features, deliverables, estimated timeline, and applicable fees.
Any additional features, pages, integrations, revisions, or functionality requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and changes to the delivery timeline.
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, images, logos, documents, access credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays caused by the client, including delayed feedback, missing content, or failure to provide required access, may affect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content or materials provided to Zeon Creation do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable laws.
Project fees, payment schedules, deposits, and applicable taxes will be communicated in the quotation or project agreement.
Payments made for completed work may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
The project includes only the number of revisions specified in the agreed proposal or quotation.
Requests for major changes, redesigns, new functionality, or changes to an approved design may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Zeon Creation will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline.

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, themes, third-party APIs, licenses, email services, SSL certificates, and other third-party services may be charged separately.
Zeon Creation is not responsible for service interruptions, price changes, policy changes, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.
Projects may use third-party software, APIs, plugins, libraries, hosting providers, payment gateways, or other services.
Zeon Creation is not responsible for changes, suspension, downtime, security incidents, pricing, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable project, ownership of the final custom work specifically created for the client will be transferred according to the project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zeon Creation retains ownership of its pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, development tools, templates, processes, methodologies, know-how, and reusable components.
The client retains responsibility for the ownership and legality of content supplied to Zeon Creation.
The client grants Zeon Creation permission to use such materials solely as necessary to provide the contracted services.
Zeon Creation will take reasonable measures to develop secure websites and applications. However, no website, application, hosting environment, or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The client is responsible for maintaining secure passwords, hosting accounts, third-party accounts, and other credentials after project delivery unless ongoing security or maintenance services have been contracted.
Zeon Creation will make reasonable efforts to test the agreed functionality before delivery.
The client should review the completed project and report any issues within a reasonable period after delivery.
Unless specifically included in the project agreement, ongoing maintenance, updates, content changes, technical support, security monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting are not automatically included after project completion.
Maintenance and support services may be purchased separately.
Zeon Creation may provide a limited post-launch period for correcting bugs directly related to the agreed development scope, where specified in the project agreement.
The warranty does not normally cover problems caused by:
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable project agreement.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, approved expenses, third-party costs, and other applicable charges.
Zeon Creation may suspend or terminate services where payments remain overdue, the client materially breaches these Terms, or continued work would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during a project confidential and to use such information only for legitimate business purposes related to the project.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Zeon Creation may display completed projects, screenshots, logos, or descriptions of completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeon Creation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of a website, application, software, or service.
Zeon Creation's total liability relating to a project will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Zeon Creation will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, government actions, power outages, labor disruptions, or failures of third-party providers.
Information submitted through the Zeon Creation website may be collected and processed for communication, project management, service delivery, billing, and other legitimate business purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and Zeon Creation's Privacy Policy.
Zeon Creation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms will be published on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, where legally applicable.
